Each nanny goes through an extensive process in which we review background information, verify previous work experience and test their motivation, among other things. With over a decade of experience, we know exactly what to look for and where risks may be hiding.
We take screening extremely seriously. With more than a decade of experience and several screening trainings on our team, we have developed a keen eye for quality as well as reliability. Each nanny is screened using multiple professional tools and according to the four-eye principle, at least two colleagues independently assess each candidate.
Providing references is mandatory, but even if not, we contact previous employers ourselves. We want a complete picture of the full frame of reference: how did the nanny function in previous families, how long did she stay, and how was she perceived?
