Your income and growth opportunities
Permanent nanny requests monthly salary:
Are you joining a family as a permanent babysitter where you work fixed days of the week? Then an hourly wage or gross monthly salary will be communicated, depending on whether a contract is offered by the family. The exact amount varies per vacancy and is negotiable based on your experience and profile. The indication of the salary is always mentioned on the job page with the vacancy.
Hourly rate on-call basis:
The hourly wage for babysitting at home is a minimum of €17.50 per hour. The hourly wage for babysitting at an event or on location is usually between €17.50 and €22.50 per hour.
