What am I spending approximately on a babysitter?

The cost of a nanny at home depends on your requirements: how many days a week, the number of hours per day, the nanny’s profile and the degree of flexibility.

As a guideline for a permanent nanny, you can consider:

Hourly rate:
Indicative: €17.50 to €25 per hour, for a nanny up to and including 3 days per week

Or

Monthly wage:
Indicative: €2,500 to €3,500 per month for a full-time nanny, 4 or 5 days per week

The amount of the monthly or hourly wage depends on the candidate’s profile, and is always by mutual agreement.

Recruitment fee:
When placing a long-term permanent nanny, we apply a one-time placement fee from €1,000 incl. VAT. The final fee depends on the number of days, the desired flexibility and your specific needs.
We assume a placement for approximately one year. Does it turn out not to be a match within 1 month? Then we will look further.

As a guideline for a one-time or temporary nanny, you can consider:

Hourly rate:
Ranging from €17.50 to €55 per hour for temporary or business requests

Booking fees:
A booking fee of at least €25.00 per babysitting day applies to almost all of these services.

Also these fees depend on what exactly is the content of the request, this will be determined at the start and the exact amounts will be communicated in the quote.
