For a Dutch\/international family in Amsterdam Zuid with two children age 5 and 6, we are looking for a Fulltime-nanny & executive Personal assistent. This position is for a minimum of 1 year and combines the function of an assistant within the personal spheres of the family and the task of helping taking care of the children. The latter being the main focus of this position. You will do this dynamic job in cooperation with the Managing Personal Assistant and a set team of permanent nannies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this vacancy we are looking for an experienced nanny with a driver’s license, driving experience and preferred is a relevant education or (assistant) background. In addition, it is important that you are an active and energetic individual in order to do activities with the children and the families two dogs! It is a plus if you can cook. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As nanny\/ PA you will be the regular point of contact for the children and for the parents, making sure everything runs smoothly in and around the house. and pay attention to what the children need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This family travels with great regularity and is therefore in search of a flexible nanny who will accompany the children during these trips with assistance from another nanny. These trips are almost always during international school vacations and public holidays. As the exact babysitting times and days can change on a relative short notice it is very important that you are flexible. It is also possible to occasionally swap working days with another Personal Assistant or Nanny. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this position you will receive a good, market-based salary and you would ideally start as of January. The possibility exists to grow into Managing Personal Assistant in the long term. You will be working in the family’s home, so assistant duties and nanny duties run side by side. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  • Care for the children;<\/li>
  • Picking up and dropping off children to and from school;<\/li>
  • Undertaking activities with the children: museums, playgrounds, drawing, helping with school activities;<\/li>
  • Preparing food for the children;<\/li>
  • Babysitting with regularity in the evenings (where necessary you will stay overnight with the family);<\/li>
  • Organisational support for the family surrounding household and children;<\/li>
  • Errands\/ tasks such as: Groceries, pharmacy, dry cleaning, flowers, accepting or sending packages, preparing trips, packing suitcases, preparing food, directing cleaning, purchasing for cleaning, restaurant\/hotel reservations, purchasing for trips, creating and following weekly schedules for the children, light housekeeping, etc;<\/li>
  • Help with babysitting at dinners and events for friends\/relatives;<\/li>
  • Babysitting during the family’s travels, in various foreign locations worldwide.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Pour une famille \u00e0 Amsterdam avec 2 enfants de 6 et 7 ans, nous recherchons une nounou permanente qui est flexible et disponible pour une plus longue p\u00e9riode. Vous gardez habituellement des enfants le mercredi, le vendredi, le samedi et le dimanche apr\u00e8s-midi et soir. La famille voyage r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement vers des destinations de vacances dans le monde entier et appr\u00e9cie que vous puissiez voyager avec elle de temps en temps. En moyenne, vous serez appel\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler 25 \u00e0 30 heures par semaine.
      Nous recherchons une nounou avec un permis de conduire et de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence une formation p\u00e9dagogique. Il est \u00e9galement important que vous soyez plein d’\u00e9nergie pour faire des activit\u00e9s amusantes avec les enfants et c’est un plus si vous savez cuisiner. La famille a 2 chiens.
      Il est tr\u00e8s important que vous soyez flexible, car les horaires exacts de baby-sitting peuvent changer. Il est \u00e9galement possible d’\u00e9changer des journ\u00e9es de baby-sitting avec une autre nounou de temps en temps.
