We take screening very seriously. With more than twelve years of experience and various screening training courses in our team, we feel we have developed a keen eye for quality and reliability. Every nanny is screened using multiple professional tools and according to the four-eyes principle, with at least two colleagues independently assessing each candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
