Permanent babysitter wanted in Amsterdam: For a super fun and enterprising family, we are looking for a babysitter who is available for 5 days in Amsterdam (Vondelpark) for the new school year. The family has twin daughters of 7 years old. The girls love to do activities such as playing games, going outside, crafts etc. They are 2 fun and active girls and the family is preferably also looking for a babysitter who likes to be active with the children.
Your babysitting duties will be divided into 2 dayparts. In the morning you will start and help the children with their breakfast and getting ready for school and take the children to school. This is within cycling distance. Then you are free and pick up the children around 14:00/14:15 from school and bring them home. You will then babysit approximately until 17:00/18:00. After school your duties will include helping the children make lunch/snacks, doing fun activities, helping with homework. Also, the family will ask if you can run some errands from time to time and some light housekeeping, such as cleaning the dishwasher in and out, cloth over the kitchen.
The family lives in a house at the end of the Vondelpark. So you can also take the children to the park. The family is from Australia and recently moved to Amsterdam. The children are learning Dutch and the family is therefore preferably looking for a Dutch-speaking babysitter who can also help the children to learn the language.
The hourly rate is between €12.50-€15.00 (depending on your babysitting experience)

For this job, it is nice if you have a driver’s license, but it is not necessary.
