A delicious breakfast

BREAKFAST GRANOLA
For the whole family

Ingredients
1 nice big jar
750 grams of oatmeal flakes (you can also add spelt flakes)
30 grams almonds
30 gram walnuts
30 gram hazelnuts
3 spoons of sesame seeds
180 ml coconut oil
120 ml maple syrup
Salt
Option: Cocoa powder or pieces of cocoa

Preparation:
Turn on the oven at 170 degrees. Chop all the nuts with a mortar. Put all the dry ingredients of the batter in a large mixing bowl.

Next, put the oil and syrup in a saucepan and stir in a generous pinch of salt and cocoa.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and continue to mix well until it sticks together slightly.

Pinch of vanilla powder or vanilla extract
Coconut oil for baking
Garnish (make it a party): raspberries, blueberries, pieces of cocoa, agave syrup or maple syrup.

Preparation
Blend oatmeal, banana and almond milk in the blender, then add the baking powder, lemon juice and vanilla powder – blend briefly again.

Put oil in the pan and make 4 heaps of batter in the pan. This way you will get 4 individual pancakes. Flip the pancakes and fry until golden brown. Repeat until you run out of batter and GET READY!!!

Easy festive dessert or breakfast

CHIA PUDDING
Most important part of the day!

Ingredients
500 ml almond milk
7 tablespoons chia seeds
Vanilla extract (drops)
1 night of patience
Garnish: Strawberry, Mango, Kiwi, Banana or Blueberry
Pinch of cinnamon

Preparation
Mix half a litre of almond milk and 7 tablespoons of chia seeds in a bowl with some vanilla extract. Leave to stand overnight. In the morning, stir it again and voila! The most delicious pudding. Cut some fruit (strawberry, mango, kiwi, banana or blueberry) on top and you have a delicious breakfast. For the lovers; add a pinch of cinnamon on top.

Tip: also delicious for breakfast with homemade Granola!
