How did you get in touch with 24NANNIES?
Our children were with a very sweet host parent, whom we had found at ‘Kinderopvang Midas’. Since my work as a violinist requires me to travel quite often and I work at different hours, I asked Midas if they knew of a ‘tailor-made’ babysitter. As I mentioned above, my job requires me to travel often and I regularly work weekends and evenings. My husband is also working a lot and I sometimes have to go out at the last minute.

How do your children experience our nannycare?
My kids (ages three and five) always love it when the babysitter comes and really love her (that’s completely mutual, by the way!). They always cheer when she’s at the door again. If she doesn’t come for a while, they even ask where she is!
According to your children, what is the most fun a nanny has had with them?
The babysitter often takes them to the pool for some bathing. They love that. She likes to go out with them a lot: to the playground, shows, markets etcetera. She even took the kids to one of my concerts in the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam!
